This is rather hard to find and hasn't been printed in any book format.

The only other stories by Tsuge that have been published outside of
Japan, apparently, are two stories that appeared in Raw Vol 2 No. 2.

Ego Comme X recently published a 1987 serial by Tsuge under the title
"L'homme sans talent".

Hi chaps!
Here is a video article about me recorded back in October for the local paper
that has just gone online.

The commentary on the side talks about how the festival gives the
town, which normally is quite isolated, a connection to the rest of
the world.

"When a Texan author, Matt Broersma, leaves his country and the
comics of his childhood to come to Angoulême, one can measure the
full importance of the city where it comes to comics (BD). Angoulême,
he wanted to come here. And now he is resident at the Maison des
Auteurs, which elevates Angoulême to the rank of the Mecca of BD. For
once a Texan can give us lessons in clearsightedness!"

In the video I talk about why I wanted to come here because of
reading Tintin and other Franco-Belgian comics as a yoof. I say how
Angoulême is a kind of centre for BD because there are so many
cartoonists here, thus the headline: "Matthew the Texan, 'at the
heart' of his comics universe"
